In short

Information we collect

Your account

Your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; we can’t read it.

Sign-in sessions

When you sign in, we create a session that expires after a set time. We store only a digest of the session token, never the token itself, along with its expiry.

Licenses and activated PCs

For each license: its key, type, activation and end dates, and whether it has been revoked. For each PC you activate: a one-way hash of hardware identifiers (we can’t recover the identifiers from it), the app version, a device label and activation times. We use this to enforce the number of PCs your license allows and to issue offline permission for up to 72 hours.

Technical logs

Our servers record IP addresses and request times to limit repeated sign-in attempts and to investigate errors and abuse. Logs never contain passwords, tokens or raw hardware identifiers.

Third-party AI services

If you add your own OpenAI, Gemini, Pexels or Xkiro key, the app sends your requests directly from your PC to that provider. Those requests don’t pass through our servers, and the provider’s own privacy policy applies.

On this website

The website stores your sign-in session in your browser’s storage: only for the current tab, or until it expires if you choose “Remember me”. It also remembers your language choice. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

Account and license records are kept while your account is open. Expired sessions are deleted. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Offline license permissions are signed with a private key that never leaves our servers; the app holds only the matching public key.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes we’ll also let you know by email.
