Terms of service

These terms apply to the Vẽ Tay Studio app for Windows, the website vetay.drshop.store and your Vẽ Tay Studio account (together, “Vẽ Tay Studio”), provided by DVC Group. By installing the app, creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account and on the PCs you activate.

Licenses

A license lets you use Vẽ Tay Studio on a set number of PCs, either for a fixed period or for life, as shown in your account. Licenses are personal to the account that activates them.

You may not:

• share, sell or publish license keys;
• bypass or tamper with sign-in, activation, device limits or license checks;
• redistribute the app or distribute modified versions of it.

We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms.

Your content

Scripts, voices and videos you create belong to you. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you put into the app, including any voice recording you use to make a voice profile, and for how you publish the results.

Third-party services

AI images and stock media use services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Pexels or Xkiro with your own keys. Your use of those services is between you and the provider, under their terms and pricing.

Availability

The app needs to reach our servers to sign in and check licenses, and works offline for up to 72 hours between checks. We aim to keep the service running but can’t promise it will always be available. Current status is on the status page.

Disclaimer and liability

Vẽ Tay Studio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data on your PC. Keep backups of work that matters to you.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using Vẽ Tay Studio and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@driveflow.casa.
